A direct over-haul of the workforce in all the Nigerian governments and education systems is grossly overdue. However, while the action reported here going on in the Cross-river State is necessary, it could have been done with less hostility to the persons concerned. Nobody is fully qualified for any job they go into when they do - you should only be qualified to grow in the job and perfect in it through training.  These fellows who agreed to keep the Universities running on their shoe-strings salary should be honored not humiliated as is being done.
